Subscription Terms

Try the superb contents of the Eagle's Nest program for the first month for only $1.95 for MP3 only, 3.95 for CDs Only, or $4.95 for both MP3 and CDs via US mail. Your credit card/debit card will be charged by SMS Audio, Inc. for your introductory first months subscription, which will then renew automatically monthly for either $6.95 for MP3 only, $10.95 for CDs only or $13.95 for both MP3 and CDs. Subscriptions with the MP3 option will provide immediate access to our MP3 archive directory - which includes 3 months of audio - that's six talks by the best of the best in our business available on signup. The MP3 directory is updated monthly when the new audio is available.

Subscription Date and Audio Availability: The cut off date for subscriptions is the 5th of each month. The recording for this cut off date is the current month. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for your first set of CDs to arrive. The Current Months MP3 will be poasted the same day we Mial the current month's CDs.

Renewal: Your subscription will be automatically renewed until you decide to cancel or your credit card expires and you do not update your credit card information. You will be able to make changes to your credit card information by logging in via the Member Login link on the left panel. If you have forgetten or misplaced your user information you can request it be emailed to you by clicking on the "Forgot Username" link on the Member Login page.

Special Introductory Offer: The special introductory pricing is applicable to new subscribers only. Current subscibers (which means you have a username and password on file, to the previous Eagles Nest program will recieve an email with a special offer. Previuos subscibers

Changes to Subscription: To make changes to your subscription (including Cancellation) log in via the Member Login. You will be given options to make changes to your account once you are logged into the account. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. All cancelled subscriptions will still receive CDs and/or have access to the MP3 directory until the actual subscription date expires, which is 1 month after the last renawal or sign up date.

License for use: You agree that all recordings, whether MP3 or on CD, are copyrighted by SMS Inc. and as such may not be duplicated for distribution of any kind. You are granted a personal use license to save a copy to 1 computer and to make 1 copy of each MP3 recording to a MP3 player (or similar device) or burn an Audio CD. If you are receiving CDs in the mail you are granted the right to 1 back up of the CD to another CD or to your computer. If your ordinal CD is damaged then you have the right to make an additional CD for your own use,
